Learning sessions and courses
- Rescheduling: free if you tell us at least 24 hours before the session. You can reschedule a session up to twice.
- Cancellation by you: a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the session. Cancellations within 24 hours are not refunded, but we will offer one reschedule.
- No-shows: if you miss a session without notice, it is not refundable.
- Cancellation by us: if we cancel or cannot deliver a session, you choose a new time or a full refund.
- Multi-session courses: unused sessions can be refunded pro rata if you cancel before the course's second session.
Templates, prompts and guides
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can be copied, they are non-refundable once delivered, unless the file is faulty or not as described. In that case, tell us within 7 days and we will fix, replace or refund it.
Advertising and consulting services
- Audits, media plans and one-time setups are priced per project. Work already done is non-refundable; unused prepaid project fees are refunded if you cancel before work starts.
- Monthly management can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice unless your agreement says otherwise. Fees for the notice period are payable.
- Ad spend paid to platforms (Google, Meta, Spotify, Amazon and others) is not refundable by us. Platform refunds, if any, follow those platforms' policies.
Knowledge checks
Knowledge checks on this website are free. If paid exam vouchers are introduced in future, their terms will be shown at purchase.
How to request a refund
Email shakti0407@gmail.com with your name, what you bought, the date and the reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show it.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection laws in your country, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in India.
