By using this website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms are between you and Brew Conversions, operated by Shakti Singh Rathore, Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Our services
The site describes paid media planning, campaign management, audits, training sessions and knowledge checks. Information on the site, including the media mix planner, is general and indicative. A quote or media plan becomes binding only when both sides agree a written proposal, statement of work or invoice.
No guaranteed results
Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, auctions, competition, your product, pricing, website and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, leads, sales or return on ad spend. Estimates and benchmarks are illustrations only.
Ad spend and platforms
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ad spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platforms (such as Google, Meta, Spotify or Amazon). Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies, and they may approve, reject, limit or remove ads at their discretion.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information in forms and briefs.
- Make sure you have the rights to any content, products, claims and data you ask us to advertise or use.
- Comply with advertising laws and platform policies that apply to your business.
- Keep your account access secure and give us only the access we need.
Sessions and courses
Sessions are live, online and one-to-one unless stated otherwise. Prices shown are starting rates; the final fee is confirmed before booking. Bookings, rescheduling and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Session materials are for your personal use and may not be resold or shared publicly.
Knowledge checks and certificates
- Knowledge checks are independent assessments created by Brew Conversions. They are not official certifications from, and are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by, Google, Meta, Spotify, Semrush, Amazon or any other platform.
- Each exam allows up to 3 attempts per 24 hours, has a 30-minute time limit, and requires 80% to pass.
- Take exams yourself, without help from other people. Do not copy, publish or share the questions.
- We may withdraw a certificate if it was obtained by cheating, impersonation or misuse, and certificate verification will then show it as not found.
- The certificate shows your name as you entered it. Please enter it correctly; corrections can be requested by email.
Intellectual property
The site's text, design, code, questions, explanations and certificates belong to Brew Conversions unless stated otherwise. You may share links and your own certificate. You may not copy, scrape or republish site content or exam questions without written permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners; see the Disclaimer.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no spam submissions, automated scraping, attempts to bypass rate limits or security, uploading malicious code, or submitting other people's details without permission.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Brew Conversions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by advertising platforms or third parties. For paid services, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
